MCT2 Middle School and High School Academic Tournament was held February 1, 2010

Middle School MCT2 Academic Winners

Teams of seventh and eighth graders competed in math and language arts. The winning seventh grade team included, front, from left, Melvin Cook, Patrice Otero, Kiyana Spencer, Casmine O'Bryant; back, Kenyatta Rogers, Bria Scott; teacher Wilma Jones and teacher Natasha Lang-Harris. Each student received an academic medal and the team received a trophy.


Greenwood Middle School eighth grader who each took home an academic medal and whose team was awarded a trophy after winning first place in the academic tournament included, from left, Broderick Hodo, Kelnisha Westbrook, teacher Sabrina Tanner, Ja'Kle Robinson, teacher Denise Pitchford, Kesley Brown, Quenton Gilmore and Jasmine Nash.
